  • Sept 10-11 -2021 7th Annual Quad Cities Cybersecurity Conference & Kids’ STEM Camp Bettendorf, Iowa Cybersecurity and privacy are on the minds of government officials, business leaders, educators, and parents. In an age where everything connects to the Internet, we face opportunities that new connected technology brings and at the same time must deal with attacks coming fast and furious by our digital adversaries. The 7th annual Quad Cities Cybersecurity Conference seeks to raise awareness of these threats and offer solutions. Security executives worldwide will come together online on October 2nd and 3rd to provide a roadmap for businesses, IT professionals, students, and the general public on preparing and defending against cybersecurity threats. Topics for adults and big kids include cybersecurity, privacy, risk, IoT, Work from Home, Artificial Intelligence, and Ransomware. The kids’ STEM camp will consist of electronics, lockpicking, cryptography, and competitions. Attendees receive an electronic badge, t-shirt, and an invite to exclusive after-hours events. CornCon, as the conference is better known, was founded in 2015 and is now managed by the nonprofit Docent Institute.
